For appointments not booked via our online booking system, the following applies:
If you are a new client you may be asked to pay a 50% deposit to secure your first appointment.
A 50% deposit is also required for all appointments of 1.5 hours or longer (if not booked via online booking). We will let you know the amount due, and this can be paid via the PayPal link below:
Once the deposit payment is received, your booking is confirmed.
Deposits are fully refundable within the terms of the cancellation policy outlined below:
Cancellation and/or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment is free of charge and any deposit paid is refundable in full.
Cancellation and/or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you miss your appointment any deposit paid will not be refundable.
